Hi, I'm Erin.

I'm a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) and a second-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with over a decade of experience in training, teaching, and competing. I hold a master of science degree in sport and performance psychology. My journey in combat sports has taught me the importance of mental resilience in the face of challenges. In these courses, I'll share the practical tools, insights, and personal experiences that have helped me succeed at the highest levels. Whether you're an athlete looking to improve your mental game or someone seeking to build a stronger mindset, I bring a unique blend of expertise and real-world experience to guide you.
